Team Leader - Online Fulfilment

Responsibilities

• Lead the back-of-house operational function of the Online Fulfilment team.
• Coach, develop, and motivate team members to execute online fulfilment orders efficiently.
• Ensure merchandise is readily available to pick, pack, and dispatch for home delivery and Click and Collect.
• Optimize the online customer experience by driving sales performance and supporting growth.
• Maintain profitability, accuracy, and strict order turnaround timeframes.
• Manage daily operations and provide support to the Merchandise Operations Manager.

Requirements

• Leadership or supervisory experience in retail, online fulfilment, warehouse distribution, or logistics.
• Strong time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Physical capability to perform all aspects of the role using appropriate safety techniques.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with management, team members, and customers.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including occasional late nights and peak seasonal periods.
• Valid Australian working rights.
