Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Oversee the processing and quality checking of dealing transactions to ensure compliance with regulatory and client standards
• Manage day-to-day document management processes, ensuring accurate and timely scanning of investor instructions
• Investigate and resolve enquiries and exceptions by communicating with internal departments and external brokerage firms
• Prepare financial reports in conformity with professional and regulatory requirements
• Distribute workflow and manage resources effectively within the team to meet deadlines
• Provide technical training, coaching, and regular briefings to team members
• Organize team tasks, set short-term priorities, and monitor activities for accuracy
• Assist the Team Manager in establishing goals and objectives
• Conduct performance management, career development, and staffing actions
• Generate and coordinate process and system enhancement ideas

Requirements

• College or University degree or relevant work experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint presentation skills
• Strong MIS reporting skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven leadership and organizational skills to prioritize assignments and provide staff feedback
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a financial services environment
