About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate service and selling teams to drive sales targets and impact
- Inspire and develop team members to deliver high performance and exceed customer expectations
- Partner with the store management team to ensure an exceptional in-store experience
- Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members and customers
- Drive creative ways to impact sales while ensuring customers receive personal attention
Requirements
- Proven retail sales experience with strong customer service and selling skills
- People leadership or supervisory experience, preferably within a 'big box' retail environment
- Strong time management, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work across key store trading hours, including fortnightly weekends
- A passion for retail and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service
