Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate service and selling teams to drive sales targets and impact
• Inspire and develop team members to deliver high performance and exceed customer expectations
• Partner with the store management team to ensure an exceptional in-store experience
• Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members and customers
• Drive creative ways to impact sales while ensuring customers receive personal attention

Requirements

• Proven retail sales experience with strong customer service and selling skills
• People leadership or supervisory experience, preferably within a 'big box' retail environment
• Strong time management, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work across key store trading hours, including fortnightly weekends
• A passion for retail and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service
