Team Leader, Multinational

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Underwriters and manage production underwriting for Multinational accounts
• Establish and cultivate business relationships with brokers and clients to drive new business
• Monitor key performance indicators to achieve profitable production growth
• Support the underwriting referral process and provide guidance to the team
• Market Chubb Multinational segments with a focus on Commercial Accounts with international exposure
• Evaluate, price, and maintain new and renewal business
• Implement bound accounts in coordination with Chubb Overseas General group
• Forecast monthly production and oversee policy issuance

Requirements

• College degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of Commercial property & casualty experience, preferably in international underwriting
• 5+ years of supervisory or managerial experience
• Knowledge of Controlled Master Programs and international casualty underwriting principles
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent sales and marketing abilities
• Proficiency with technical issues, compliance, coverage, and pricing strategies
• Ability to perform local travel
