Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead line teams to ensure performance meets safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and morale targets
• Manage the plan-do-check-adjust cycle and model priority setting for the team
• Operate and maintain equipment to build technical mastery and eliminate production losses
• Implement autonomous and progressive maintenance standards to support equipment reliability and new product development
• Ensure strict adherence to safety processes, including LOTO, safety maps, and behavior observation systems
• Lead root-cause analysis (RCA), shutdown maintenance, and breakdown elimination efforts
• Provide coaching and training to team members to drive technical excellence

Requirements

• Experience in Autonomous Maintenance (AM) Step 4 and Progressive Maintenance (PM) Step 3 systems
• Proficiency in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Six Sigma methodologies
• Proven experience leading manufacturing line teams
• Ability to handle challenging interpersonal situations and influence people within a union environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail
• Availability to work shift patterns at the Clinceni Plant
