Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance, coaching, and performance management to a small team to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Conduct regular case reviews and supervise staff to monitor client recovery plans and service outcomes
• Manage a small caseload of clients, delivering person-centred and recovery-oriented support
• Work collaboratively with the Area Manager to achieve program goals and outcomes
• Ensure compliance with organisational policies, funding requirements, and best practice standards
• Monitor service delivery, manage risk, and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, families, and community services

Requirements

• Relevant qualification in Community Services, Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health, or a similar field
• Demonstrated experience mentoring, coaching, and supervising staff within the community services sector
• Experience working within community mental health services
• Sound understanding of mental health systems, recovery-oriented practice, and psycho-social rehabilitation
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and support a small caseload
• Full driver licence with no restrictions
