About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure all branch KPIs within the regional scope are achieved
- Manage branch operations through effective human resource management
- Oversee the expansion of designated management areas
- Maintain portfolio quality in line with company goals and audit expectations
- Enforce principles of transparency within the branch
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma III (D3) education
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Microfinance as a Business Manager or Leader
- Experience with Grameen Bank systems or Microfinance preferred
- Ability to develop Sales & Marketing strategies to achieve targets
- Must possess a personal vehicle and a valid SIM C driver's license
- Ability to process and interpret data
