Team Leader - Mercado Envios

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site operational monitoring, leading teams of representatives to ensure a positive work environment and full operational support.
• Identify and create opportunities for improvement by working on projects in collaboration with other company departments.
• Provide continuous training to the team to support their professional progress and development.
• Assist in monitoring and tracking team results with the support of Representatives and the Supervisor.

Requirements

• Technical or higher degree in Logistics, Quality, Engineering, Administration, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proven experience in people management and leading operational teams, with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity.
• Availability to work onsite in Guarulhos/SP.
