Team Leader Marketplace Integration Partner

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Technical Integration/Seller Onboarding team by defining clear goals, roles, and responsibilities
• Drive the strategic development of technical seller onboarding with a focus on scalability, automation, and quality
• Manage performance using KPIs, reports, and business reviews to drive strategic initiatives
• Oversee the Seller Experience (NPS) during onboarding and prioritize high-impact business measures
• Act as a central interface between Operations, Product, Tech, Sales, and Customer Success Management
• Make informed prioritization and resource decisions to ensure sustainable daily processes
• Identify structural weaknesses and drive end-to-end optimizations across team boundaries

Requirements

• Degree in Business, IT, E-Commerce, or a related field
• Multi-year experience in strategic leadership roles within E-Commerce, Tech, or Platform environments
• Proven track record of scaling complex processes, teams, or structures
• Strong understanding of technical systems, integrations, and data-driven management
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Product and Tech teams
• Strong stakeholder management skills at the management level
• Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)
