Team Leader Manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Pilot Manufacturing Engineering projects from needs analysis to implementation, ensuring Quality-Cost-Deadline (QCD) objectives.
• Manage and lead a team of engineers, including planning, skill development, and evaluation.
• Lead steering committees with clients and internal technical departments.
• Supervise production activities (operators, technicians) and organize resources.
• Develop and deploy methodological tools for process optimization (Lean Manufacturing, 5S, SMED).
• Analyze and validate 2D/3D definitions (mechanical, electrical, cabin) and their impact on production.
• Define assembly means, tooling, manufacturing ranges, and nomenclatures.
• Lead the strategic fusion of Custom Line and Flight Line production lines for aircraft programs.
• Ensure compliance with aeronautical standards such as EN9100 and NADCAP.
• Anticipate industrial risks and implement preventive action plans.

Requirements

• Engineering degree (Bac+5) in Industrial, Mechanical, or Aeronautical Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in technical project management within the aeronautics sector.
• Expertise in manufacturing engineering and team management.
• Proven experience in industrial methods (Lean, 6 Sigma) and transverse project management.
• Proficiency in risk analysis (PFMEA) and planning tools (SAP, MES, MS Project).
• Knowledge of aeronautical standards (EN9100).
• Ability to create/modify assembly ranges and technical documentation.
• Professional English proficiency (written and oral).
