Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Act as the central figure during your shift, ensuring structure and maintaining an overview of operations
• Distribute work tasks and provide clear instructions to the team
• Coach team members on productivity, quality, and safety standards
• Identify process bottlenecks and actively contribute to smarter ways of working
• Ensure efficient execution of tasks within the available working hours

Requirements

• Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on optimal productivity
• Strong team player who actively seeks collaboration and fosters a positive atmosphere
• Hands-on mentality with a willingness to roll up your sleeves
• Availability of 24 to 36 hours per week
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
• Experience in the retail or wholesale industry is preferred
