Team Leader Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of plant machines, equipment, and electrical systems
• Manage power distribution cabinets, high/low voltage components, and busbar trunking systems
• Oversee PLC ladder and SCADA systems to troubleshoot electronic circuits
• Maintain safety standards, statutory requirements, and quality standards in all daily activities
• Manage spare parts inventory, including planning, receipt, and consumption monitoring
• Contribute to technical projects, support execution, and interpret electrical drawings
• Ensure compliance with company safety guidelines and maintain a strong safety culture

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering
• 4-6 years of experience in industrial maintenance and troubleshooting
• Expertise in PLC, drives maintenance, and control/power wiring
• Ability to read and understand electrical and technical drawings
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Ability to work flexible shifts as required by job demands

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the polymer or printing industry
• Electrical Supervisor License holder
• Experience with utilities and fire protection systems (hydrant, detection)
