Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Onboarding Move Managers
  • Monitor team workloads to ensure SLAs and KPIs are consistently achieved
  • Conduct regular one-to-one meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews
  • Act as the primary escalation point for complex cases and compliance issues
  • Oversee the tenancy onboarding process from instruction through to move-in
  • Ensure AML, PEP, sanctions, and other risk-based checks are completed
  • Monitor and secure mandatory compliance documentation including Gas Safety, EICR, and EPC
  • Review local authority licensing requirements including HMO and selective licensing
  • Oversee the issuing, tracking, and completion of Terms of Business and Letting Agreements
  • Manage referencing initiation and progression through external providers
  • Deliver exceptional service to landlords, tenants, and internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a leadership, supervisory, or senior role
  • Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent attention to detail regarding compliance, legal, and financial information
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working to service level agreements and performance targets
  • Ability to handle escalations and challenging conversations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience within the lettings, property, estate agency, or housing sector
  • Knowledge of tenancy onboarding processes and property compliance requirements
  • Understanding of AML, PEP, sanctions, and regulatory compliance procedures
  • Experience using CRM systems or property management software
