Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Onboarding Move Managers
- Monitor team workloads to ensure SLAs and KPIs are consistently achieved
- Conduct regular one-to-one meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex cases and compliance issues
- Oversee the tenancy onboarding process from instruction through to move-in
- Ensure AML, PEP, sanctions, and other risk-based checks are completed
- Monitor and secure mandatory compliance documentation including Gas Safety, EICR, and EPC
- Review local authority licensing requirements including HMO and selective licensing
- Oversee the issuing, tracking, and completion of Terms of Business and Letting Agreements
- Manage referencing initiation and progression through external providers
- Deliver exceptional service to landlords, tenants, and internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Previous experience in a leadership, supervisory, or senior role
- Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent attention to detail regarding compliance, legal, and financial information
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working to service level agreements and performance targets
- Ability to handle escalations and challenging conversations
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience within the lettings, property, estate agency, or housing sector
- Knowledge of tenancy onboarding processes and property compliance requirements
- Understanding of AML, PEP, sanctions, and regulatory compliance procedures
- Experience using CRM systems or property management software
