Team Leader Logistics

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily logistics operations to ensure smooth processes
• Act as the primary point of contact for your assigned team
• Train, motivate, and support the professional development of employees
• Create shift plans, assign tasks, and monitor attendance
• Ensure productivity targets and quality standards are met
• Oversee workplace safety and compliance with all relevant regulations

Requirements

• Proven knowledge of warehouse and logistics processes
• Experience in people management and team coordination
• Proficiency in English (communicative level)
• Strong user skills in MS Office
• Willingness to work in a shift pattern (2 shifts) and occasionally on weekends
• Proactive approach with a strong team spirit and customer focus
