Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Motivate and develop a high-performance team by sharing the LEGO Brand, Vision, and Values
• Supervise Sales Associates during shifts and ensure high standards of customer service
• Train staff on visual merchandising techniques and product knowledge
• Maximize profitable sales through regular review of sales and margin information
• Maintain store graphics, pricing, and fixture replenishment
• Oversee cash handling, inventory auditing, and stockroom organization
• Assist management with team scheduling and store supply orders

Requirements

• Leadership or management experience in a retail store environment
• Experience in employee training and development
• Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems and cash handling
• Knowledge of visual merchandising and merchandise maintenance
• Ability to lift at least 30 lbs and perform physical tasks including standing, reaching, and climbing ladders
• Availability to work up to 30 hours per week, including weekends (minimum 4 days availability required)
