About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily CEP operations across E-commerce, Last Mile, Middle Mile, and Front Mile
- Oversee dispatch management and warehouse coordination to ensure timely shipment delivery
- Monitor team productivity, attendance, and overall performance
- Maintain operational KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs)
- Coordinate with internal departments and clients to resolve operational issues
- Prepare daily operational reports and performance updates
- Support process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and compliance
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in CEP or logistics operations
- Mandatory expertise in E-commerce, Last Mile, Middle Mile, Front Mile, Dispatch, and Warehouse operations
- Strong team leadership and people management skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- UAE experience is preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience within the courier, logistics, or supply chain industry
