Team Leader - Industrial Means & Maintenance Space Systems

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, acquisition, and lifecycle management of industrial assets and MGSE for spacecraft and launcher manufacturing.
• Manage project-driven industrial means for TNS and EOS programs, ensuring technical coherence and budget control.
• Define and manage the annual CAPEX investment plan and long-term capacity planning for the plant.
• Deploy and monitor a plant-wide maintenance strategy using corrective, preventive, and predictive approaches.
• Oversee industrial services including internal handling, logistics, tool control, metrology, and calibration.
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary engineering and technical team while managing external contractors.
• Ensure high availability of critical assets such as composite manufacturing machinery, integration jigs, and environmental test equipment.

Requirements

• Engineering degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Aerospace, or an equivalent field.
• Proven experience in aerospace manufacturing or high-complexity industrial environments.
• Strong background in tooling, MGSE, and industrialization within MAIT environments.
• Experience managing CAPEX planning and industrial investment roadmaps.
• Solid knowledge of maintenance strategy deployment in production environments.
