Team Leader, Immunoanalysis

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 8 Study Directors and approximately 12 Technicians
• Supervise complex bioanalytical studies focused on PK, PD, and ADA assays
• Drive assay optimization, troubleshoot anomalies, and organize assays to ensure data quality
• Manage relationships with international clients to ensure compliance with deadlines and strategic alignment
• Adhere to GCP/GLP standards, FDA directives, and ICH M10 guidelines
• Achieve laboratory revenue targets

Requirements

• PhD in biochemistry or a related field (biology, immunology, etc.)
• 5 years of experience in regulatory bioanalysis (CRO or pharmaceutical industry)
• Experience in immunogenicity testing and large molecule analysis
• 5 years of management experience
• Proficiency in MSD, Gyrolab, and ELISA platforms
• Fluency in French and strong command of English (scientific and general)
