Team Leader II - Entry Operations

Responsibilities

• Manage daily guest operations including ticketing, access control, and arrival/exit processes to ensure a seamless experience.
• Oversee turnstile operations, ticket verification, and Aqua Fast Pass access control to maintain efficient guest flow.
• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of guests and staff by enforcing park policies and quality standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP/VVIP arrivals and handle escalated guest feedback or complaints professionally.
• Coordinate guest transportation logistics, including directions to parking and shuttles, and manage queues during peak times.
• Collaborate with Security, Transportation, and Guest Services departments to optimize operational efficiency.
• Assist in training and developing the guest services team through performance management and continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate operational records and reports related to entry and exit operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in Entry Operations, Access Control, Crowd Control, or Guest Services.
• Fluent in Arabic and excellent command of English.
• Strong leadership, mentorship, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage large guest flows efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a water theme park or large-scale event setting.
• Proven ability to develop and implement training and operating procedures.
