About the role
Responsibilities
- Managing and motivating the team to ensure productivity is achieved
- Developing and training team members to maximize contributions
- Carrying out daily briefings to keep the team updated
- Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and hygiene policies
- Monitoring stock levels, performing cycle counts, and conducting validations
- Investigating and resolving stock discrepancies, shortages, or damages
- Assembling customer orders from order profiles
- Ensuring correct product picking and safe pallet building
- Maintaining high levels of housekeeping throughout the warehouse
Requirements
