About the role

Responsibilities

  • Managing and motivating the team to ensure productivity is achieved
  • Developing and training team members to maximize contributions
  • Carrying out daily briefings to keep the team updated
  • Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and hygiene policies
  • Monitoring stock levels, performing cycle counts, and conducting validations
  • Investigating and resolving stock discrepancies, shortages, or damages
  • Assembling customer orders from order profiles
  • Ensuring correct product picking and safe pallet building
  • Maintaining high levels of housekeeping throughout the warehouse

Requirements
