Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Oversee personnel, materials, equipment, and raw material warehouse operations to drive production efficiency.
• Promote a strong safety culture by communicating hazards and ensuring compliance with Safety, GMP, and Quality procedures.
• Lead and supervise employees during assigned shifts, conducting start-of-shift meetings to communicate goals and targets.
• Control workflow to maximize capacity utilization and ensure effective use of labor and tools.
• Maintain quality and sanitation standards, including performing post-cleaning swabs and auditing shop floor documentation.
• Manage documentation and data entry, including process orders and finished goods locations in SAP.
• Act as a working lead, providing hands-on support on the production floor as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without difficulty.
• Computer literacy with the ability to navigate multiple systems and transactions.
• Ability to wear a full-face respirator and/or PAPR when required.
• Availability to work weekends as needed to fulfill customer orders.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience.
• SAP knowledge and experience.
• Forklift certification or prior forklift operation experience.
