Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Oversee personnel, materials, equipment, and raw material warehouse operations to drive production efficiency.
• Lead and supervise employees during assigned shifts to meet production schedules, safety, and quality requirements.
• Conduct Tier 1 start-of-shift meetings to communicate safety topics, quality standards, and production goals.
• Control workflow to maximize capacity utilization and ensure effective use of labor and tools.
• Ensure compliance with all Safety, GMP, Quality, and sanitation procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including process orders, finished goods locations in SAP, and shift reports.
• Act as a working lead, providing hands-on support on the manufacturing floor as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Computer literacy with the ability to navigate multiple systems and transactions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without difficulty.
• Ability to wear a full-face respirator and/or PAPR when required.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Availability to work weekends as needed to fulfill customer orders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience.
• SAP knowledge and experience.
• Forklift certification or prior forklift operation experience.
