Team Leader HR IT Support

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the HR IT Support team to achieve high performance and customer satisfaction
• Organize daily operations and ensure service delivery meets quality requirements, guidelines, and KPIs
• Identify optimization potential, derive appropriate measures, and implement them successfully
• Provide precise, goal-oriented reporting to management and maintain communication with clients
• Support continuous team development to foster new skills and capabilities

Requirements

• Successfully completed vocational training
• Proven experience in leadership and people management
• Strong communication, moderation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Good command of the English language
• Experience in an IT environment is highly desirable
• Structured, organized, and solution-oriented way of working
