Team Leader - Homeless Services

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of CSP-HI Services with clinical and administrative oversight of CSP-HI Services including program growth/expansion
• Provide onboarding support and training to new hires related to policies, procedures and best practices
• Provide real-time guidance, consultation and consistent weekly supervision to assigned Housing First Coordinators and Recovery Coaches
• Provide comprehensive assessment and triage of incoming CSP-HI referrals
• Liaise with internal/external partners regarding service needs and risk

Requirements

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, nursing, or a closely related field
• At least two years direct experience with underserved populations
• At least one year of managerial experience
• Demonstrated ability to identify and access community resources
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
