Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of colleagues to ensure shift KPIs are met in full and on time
• Foster a positive work environment promoting productivity and teamwork
• Schedule and assign tasks to team members and provide constructive feedback
• Handle day-to-day queries from colleagues and liaise with HR and Training teams
• Maintain accurate digital records on production and food safety data
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Ensure Food Safety and Health & Safety standards are sustainably maintained

Requirements

• Proven experience in a manufacturing or distribution centre environment
• Practical knowledge of operational environments
• Experience in an FMCG or Food Manufacturing environment
• Proven leadership experience within manufacturing or distribution
• Knowledge of warehouse and production environments
• Independent right to work in the UK
