Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience during every visit
• Deputise for the management team and resolve issues in their absence
• Organise and coordinate the team during busy shifts to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain a safe, legal, and clean bar environment, addressing any issues promptly

• A great eye for detail to ensure high service standards
• Ability to act as a role model for the team regarding service and hospitality
• Strong adaptability to handle challenges during busy shifts
• A positive, can-do attitude and a commitment to being a team player
