Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience during every visit
• Deputise for the management team and resolve issues in their absence
• Organise and coordinate the team during busy shifts to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and ensure the bar is safe and legal
• Lead by example to ensure every customer receives a warm welcome

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience working in a similar venue
• Ability to lead by example and act as a role model for the team
• Strong customer service skills and a positive, can-do attitude
• Ability to think on your feet and adapt to challenges in a busy environment
• Great eye for detail regarding service and product quality
