About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience during every visit
- Deputise for the management team and resolve issues in their absence
- Organise and coordinate the team during busy shifts to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain a safe, legal, and clean bar environment
- Act as a role model for the team by delivering exceptional service and a warm welcome
Requirements
- Proven experience with cash handling, including cashing up and safe counts
- Ability to work holidays, including Christmas, Easter, and Bank Holidays
- Reliable transport or local residence, as weekend shifts may finish after midnight
- A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to think on your feet
- Strong attention to detail and a team-player mindset
