About the role
Responsibilities
- Support Shift Manager and Supervisors with disciplinary and grievance investigations
- Carry out return to work interviews
- Manage and motivate the team to ensure productivity
- Develop and train team members to maximize contributions
- Conduct daily briefings to keep the team updated
- Ensure warehouse compliance with Health & Safety and hygiene policies
- Achieve shift performance targets
- Optimize resource utilization
Requirements
- Strong warehouse experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive decision-making ability
- Knowledge of warehouse and logistics operations
- Computer literacy
- Professional and approachable demeanor
