About the role
Responsibilities
- Represent the department management in their absence and assist with personnel planning
- Provide competent advice and service to gastronomy customers regarding fresh food products
- Ensure smooth goods flow and implement effective product presentation
- Guarantee compliance with legal and internal quality assurance standards such as HACCP
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in retail or gastronomy (e.g., Wholesale Merchant, Retail Merchant, Chef, or Restaurant Specialist)
- Proven leadership experience in a comparable position
- Experience in the retail sector and passion for food products
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong customer orientation and organizational skills
- Willingness to work in a two-shift system
