About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from customers regarding printers, routers, and email issues
- Analyze technical issues and recommend relevant software or service plans
- Pitch service plans to customers and close sales
- Process customer payments over the phone
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months experience in an international outbound technical process
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to work night shifts (US shift)
- Experience in technical support or sales processes
- Graduate or undergraduate degree
