About the role

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from customers regarding printers, routers, and email issues
  • Analyze technical issues and recommend relevant software or service plans
  • Pitch service plans to customers and close sales
  • Process customer payments over the phone

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months experience in an international outbound technical process
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Ability to work night shifts (US shift)
  • Experience in technical support or sales processes
  • Graduate or undergraduate degree
