Team Leader Fish Sales

Responsibilities

• Support and represent department management in leadership and personnel planning
• Provide expert consultation and service to gastronomy customers regarding fresh fish products
• Ensure smooth goods flow and effective product presentation
• Guarantee compliance with legal and internal quality assurance standards such as HACCP

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in retail or gastronomy (e.g., Chef, Restaurant Specialist, or Retail Salesperson)
• Ideally initial experience in retail and a passion for fresh fish
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong customer orientation and interpersonal skills
• Organizational talent and ability to remain calm under stress
