Team Leader Fish Sales Fresh Counter

Responsibilities

• Support and represent the department management in leadership and personnel planning
• Provide expert advice and service to gastronomy customers regarding fresh fish products
• Ensure smooth goods flow and implement product presentations
• Ensure compliance with legal and internal quality assurance standards (e.g., HACCP)

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in retail or gastronomy (e.g., Chef, Restaurant Specialist, or Retail Salesperson)
• Ideally initial experience in retail and a passion for fresh fish
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong customer orientation and passion for retail
• Organizational talent and ability to remain calm under stress
