Team Leader Finance Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead financial projects for the Services D&IS France scope and manage one team member.
• Act as a key business partner to ensure the reliability of economic analyses and key indicator monitoring.
• Prepare periodic project reviews in collaboration with project managers and operational leaders.
• Ensure financial transparency and propose improvement actions for financial indicators.
• Contribute to risk and opportunity analyses and guarantee data relevance during monthly closings.
• Manage monthly invoicing, collection follow-ups, and currency hedging/guarantee adjustments.
• Participate in forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Support business digitalization to facilitate P&L and Cash-In analyses.

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Finance or Management Control.
• 5 to 7 years of professional experience in management control.
• Experience in management or team leadership/animation.
• Strong understanding of commercial and operational environments related to Parts & Overhaul business.
• Ability to work autonomously with strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset.
• Availability for monthly travel within France and Belgium.
