Team Leader - Farm Maintenance/Infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance activities across farm buildings, infrastructure, and utility systems
• Lead and coordinate a team of maintenance technicians, electricians, plumbers, and general workers
• Ensure timely preventive and corrective maintenance of farm facilities and infrastructure
• Monitor irrigation systems, water pumps, pipelines, fencing, roads, and drainage
• Inspect work quality and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
• Plan maintenance schedules, allocate manpower, and manage maintenance records
• Coordinate with farm management regarding repair priorities and operational requirements
• Maintain inventory of tools, spare parts, and maintenance materials

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in farm maintenance, infrastructure, or facility maintenance in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, irrigation, and civil maintenance works
• Proven experience leading maintenance teams in agricultural, farm, or large property environments
• Ability to read maintenance plans, schedules, and technical drawings
• Physically fit and willing to work in outdoor farm conditions

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical diploma or vocational qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or a related field
