Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and motivate a team of sales consultants to reach and exceed monthly and quarterly goals
• Train and support team members to improve performance
• Monitor KPIs and propose improvement strategies
• Collaborate with marketing and technical departments to ensure efficient workflow
• Manage sales reporting and analysis
• Support commercial management in developing growth strategies

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Team Leader or in a similar sales management role
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Goal-oriented and proactive approach
• Knowledge of the renewable energy market is a plus
• Fluency in Italian
• English or German language skills are an advantage
• Availability to work full-time onsite
