Team Leader Engineering Solutions (Projects)

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end engineering lifecycle for compressed air treatment and gas generation systems
• Manage a diverse group of engineers and technical experts, fostering collaboration and technical growth
• Oversee customer-specific engineering projects, ensuring technical excellence from concept to delivery
• Develop advanced designs for dryers, PSA systems, filtration, and gas generation using thermodynamics and flow optimization
• Serve as the key decision-maker for engineering designs to ensure compliance with global standards
• Drive project planning, including budgeting, risk assessments, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Lead site commissioning activities, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure operational success
• Advance digital engineering through CAD automation, simulation-driven design, and BOM digitization
• Coordinate with manufacturing, sourcing, and service teams to ensure seamless project delivery

Requirements

• Master's degree in Mechanical, Thermal, or Design Engineering (or equivalent practical experience)
• 12-15 years of progressive engineering experience
• 5+ years of experience in leadership or management positions
• Proven track record of managing complex, customer-focused engineering projects
• Proficiency with CAD and solid modeling tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Inventor)
• Strong understanding of GD&T, materials science, and modern manufacturing processes
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with cross-functional teams and customers
