Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations by effectively prioritising tasks and delegating to the team to meet performance goals
• Supervise compliance and safety by coaching the team on standard operating procedures and conducting H&S checks
• Optimise the dispatch process to ensure accurate order handling for riders and restaurant partners
• Drive site standards by maintaining high levels of food safety and a clean, professional environment
• Manage team performance through accurate timekeeping oversight and fostering a positive culture

Requirements

• Proven leadership ability with experience training others and running shifts independently
• Strong hands-on mentality with the ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting KPI targets
• Right to work in the UK
