Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the team to achieve operational objectives and ensure quality standards are met
• Monitor team performance through established metrics and provide regular feedback
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge
• Foster a positive and collaborative team culture
• Address staffing needs and coordinate schedules
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Generate performance reports and present findings to management
• Act as a point of contact for any escalated issues

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2-4 years of experience in a leadership role or back office operations
• Strong understanding of workflow processes and team dynamics
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data management software
• Ability to analyze performance data and enact improvement measures
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on detail
• Proven ability to mentor and develop team members
