About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor lead sizing to maintain an average of 30 leads per user
- Oversee and complete the account opening process including Saathi and Drishti training
- Manage a team of 2 mentors, guiding them in their roles and responsibilities
- Achieve business KPAs by ensuring high agent productivity
- Train team members on opening, closing, and objection-handling skills
- Conduct knowledge sessions to ensure 100% team coverage
- Perform daily call audits to ensure adherence to quality standards
- Conduct 5 mock calls each day for training purposes
- Drive referral business by managing lead creation on a per-user basis
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Team Leader in a similar environment
- Graduate, Post-Graduate, or MBA degree
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong knowledge of broking and operations
- Proficiency in trading applications and MS Office
- Experience with BPO operations and team management
- Fluency in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, Hindi, and English
- Age below 35 years
