Team Leader | Customer Services Export

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Customer Service Export team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and professional development
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders, export documentation, and deliveries to global customers and internal stakeholders
• Act as the primary link between customer service, production, planning, and logistics partners
• Monitor performance metrics such as OTIF (On-Time In-Full) and delivery reliability to drive continuous improvement
• Lead or contribute to optimization projects involving Lean methodologies, process improvements, and digital tools
• Maintain a hands-on approach by managing operations for a specific number of countries

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in customer service, logistics, or supply chain management
• Proven experience in leadership or team coordination
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a continuous improvement mindset
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and cultures
• A proactive, hands-on attitude with a strong sense of ownership
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Dutch is strongly preferred
