About the role
Responsibilities
- Support and manage merchandisers across NSW
- Complete merchandising tasks including planograms, relays, point of sale set-up, pricing, and ticketing
- Act as the first escalation point for store or client-related field issues
- Ensure all tools and coaching are delivered to the team in line with program guidelines
- Manage staff underperformance constructively and effectively
- Provide regular feedback, monitoring, and coaching using remote management tools
- Manage client queries with urgency and professional follow-up
Requirements
- Previous experience in people or team management in Retail or Field Marketing
- Valid driver's license and a reliable car
- Ability to coach and facilitate training in a sales environment
- Strong time and priority management skills
- Tech-savvy with intermediate Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint and Excel)
