Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Support and manage merchandisers across NSW
• Complete merchandising tasks including planograms, relays, point of sale set-up, pricing, and ticketing
• Act as the first escalation point for store or client-related field issues
• Ensure all tools and coaching are delivered to the team in line with program guidelines
• Manage staff underperformance constructively and effectively
• Provide regular feedback, monitoring, and coaching using remote management tools
• Manage client queries with urgency and professional follow-up

Requirements

• Previous experience in people or team management in Retail or Field Marketing
• Valid driver's license and a reliable car
• Ability to coach and facilitate training in a sales environment
• Strong time and priority management skills
• Tech-savvy with intermediate Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint and Excel)
