Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Oversee cable operations and provide leadership for 40-50 hourly associates and 4 operations coordinators
• Promote and maintain a safe working environment, ensuring all work follows established safety procedures
• Lead production and warehouse activities to meet or exceed goals for output, quality, and cost
• Set production priorities based on timelines, equipment performance, and material availability
• Adjust staffing across machines and processes to support efficient workflow and housekeeping standards
• Train and support employees to encourage accountability, development, and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing, distribution, or a military technical leadership role
• Ability to work a 12-hour rotational night shift, including flexibility for day, night, and weekend coverage

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical field
• Lean Six Sigma experience
