Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Direct and control day-to-day operations and activities of facilities and programs
• Provide leadership, support, and guidance to facility management
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines to provide high-quality service
• Implement divisional and company initiatives and strategies
• Practice cost containment strategies to maintain profitability and growth
• Manage staffing including hiring, firing, and disciplinary actions in collaboration with HR
• Manage profit and loss for assigned locations, including payroll and expenses
• Review financial and productivity data to adjust strategies and objectives
• Ensure employees receive appropriate training and ongoing compliance education

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in a specific industry
• Proficiency in staffing, planning, and people management
• Experience managing performance and profitability
• Skills in financial planning, strategy, and process improvement
• Ability to deal with complexity and implement company vision

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in business or management
• Advanced supervisory experience
