About the role
Responsibilities
- Direct and control day-to-day operations and activities of facilities and programs
- Provide leadership, support, and guidance to facility management
- Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines to provide high-quality service
- Implement divisional and company initiatives and strategies
- Practice cost containment strategies to maintain profitability and growth
- Manage staffing including hiring, firing, and disciplinary actions in collaboration with HR
- Manage profit and loss for assigned locations, including payroll and expenses
- Review financial and productivity data to adjust strategies and objectives
- Ensure employees receive appropriate training and ongoing compliance education
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in a specific industry
- Proficiency in staffing, planning, and people management
- Experience managing performance and profitability
- Skills in financial planning, strategy, and process improvement
- Ability to deal with complexity and implement company vision
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in business or management
- Advanced supervisory experience
