Team Leader - Client Acquisition

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Client Acquisition Executives to exceed account-opening and deposit targets
• Coach team members daily on call techniques, conversion strategies, and objection handling
• Monitor and track individual and team KPIs, including calls, account openings, and first-time deposits
• Allocate leads across the team to maximize conversion and balance workload
• Produce accurate daily and weekly sales reports for senior leadership
• Train, mentor, and onboard new executives while addressing underperformance
• Ensure all team activities operate within strict compliance and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Proven sales track record in forex, CFD, financial services, banking, or telesales
• Experience leading, supervising, or mentoring a sales team
• Strong coaching, motivational, and performance management skills
• Proficiency working with KPIs, CRM data, and sales reporting
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Eligibility to work in Malaysia

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing a conversion or acquisition desk at a brokerage or financial institution
• Familiarity with MT4, MT5, and general trading concepts
• An existing network to assist in recruiting experienced sales talent
• Proficiency in additional languages
