Team Leader- Clerical

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Warehouse Associates and foster an inclusive, safe work culture
• Manage unloading of inbound shipments and ensure orderly product stacking
• Pick and stage outbound shipments with high levels of quality and productivity
• Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage
• Implement work schedules, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion
• Maintain the product locator system and ensure inventory accuracy
• Conduct physical inventories and maintain necessary records and reports
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area following 5S principles

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience with Blue Yonder WMS
• 2+ years of experience in a warehousing environment
• At least 1 year of recent experience in a supervisory role
• 1+ years of inventory experience, including cycle counting
• 1+ years of Excel experience with ability to manage complex spreadsheets
• English fluency
• Ability to work overtime and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with healthcare customers
• Continuous improvement mindset and familiarity with 5S workplace standards
