Team Leader Checkout and Customer Entrance

Responsibilities

• Represent the department management in their absence
• Support personnel planning and department leadership
• Act as a competent contact person for customer service and checkout processes
• Ensure smooth and inventory-secure checkout operations
• Ensure compliance with internal and legal regulations
• Manage customer concerns during peak times and closing hours

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in retail or wholesale (e.g., Großhandelskaufmann or Einzelhandelskauffrau)
• Experience as a cashier supervisor or solid expertise as a cashier
• Proficiency in using a PC
• Strong customer orientation and passion for retail
• Reliable, conscientious, and responsible way of working
• Ability to remain calm under high customer volume
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system
