Team Leader Central Goods Receipt

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and disciplinary leadership to the central goods receipt team
• Ensure a smooth, timely, and high-quality flow of goods
• Plan and manage personnel deployment based on economic considerations
• Continuously optimize processes and workflows, such as reducing lead times and transport volume
• Monitor quantitative and qualitative KPIs within the central goods receipt area
• Perform monthly target-actual cost comparisons and implement corrective measures
• Promote employee development through regular performance reviews and training
• Coordinate closely with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Completed training in logistics (e.g., Specialist for Warehouse Logistics)
• Knowledge of occupational safety and quality standards
• Willingness to work shifts (Monday to Friday; no weekends)
• Strong interpersonal, communicative, and analytical skills
• High level of initiative, responsibility, and entrepreneurial thinking

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced logistics training (e.g., Logistics Master or Specialist)
• Knowledge of Lean Management or process optimization techniques
