About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure optimal achievement of all regional branch KPIs
- Develop portfolio quality and quantity in accordance with company targets
- Manage strategies, processes, and operations for all branches in the assigned area
- Guarantee compliance with company policies and procedures at every branch
- Develop team performance through training, monitoring, and conflict management
- Maintain portfolio quality and branch audit results according to management standards
Requirements
- Maximum age of 30 years
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Supervisor, Unit Head, or Branch Manager
- Experience in Grameen, Banking, or Finance preferred
- Experience leading at least 4 team members
- Must own a motorcycle and have a valid SIM C license
- Willing to be stationed in Citeureup - Bogor
