Team Leader, Business Assurance – Finance

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across Billing, Accounts Payable, and Collections towers
• Manage and mentor a team of approximately 12 Business Assurance professionals
• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality financial operations and internal control compliance
• Oversee end-to-end validation of invoices, payment processing, and collection follow-up standards
• Maintain process governance through SOP creation, quality checks, and compliance assessments
• Consolidate financial BA insights and KPIs into periodic reports for leadership
• Coordinate daily operations, workload distribution, and escalation handling
• Drive continuous improvement, automation, and standardization initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of experience in finance operations (Billing, AP, Collections, P2P, O2C, or R2R)
• Experience in shared services or corporate finance environments
• Proven experience leading teams or supervising operational workflows
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with ERP systems
• English proficiency level of B2+

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting transitions, migrations, or knowledge transfers
• Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail
